Ecology as a political project fails when it becomes metaphysical, detaching from class struggle and material conditions. Change needs collective action against capitalism, not moralising or individualist green politics that ignore the root causes of ecological crisis.

Freedom comes from abolishing the state and building self-management from below. The state always breeds new rulers, no matter how “recallable” they claim to be. Real change means dismantling the structures that create elites.

The “transition period” argument just keeps hierarchy alive. State ownership isn’t socialisation. workers still take orders from above. Real democracy means decentralised assemblies and federations, not pyramids with a few at the top.

States, even so called socialist ones, centralise power, creating new elites. Recallable delegates and “power from the base” are mostly myths; real decision-making stays at the top. Workers’ self-management is replaced by bureaucrats and party bosses.

Anarchists say we must organise in the here and now to build the new structures of organising that abolish the ability for elites to maintain control of the apparatus of power. Not in some 'hand waving' future when those elites magically 'dissolve'

But in practice the state has only ever created new classes of oppressors. In fact all the states where that has occurred have been making more concessions to capitalism, not less.
How are you going to remove these new elites you installed?

Anarchists propose anarchist federalism as a method to bring down the iron fist of the working class, not a bureaucratic elite.

We are workers what are you on about? Of course we do. I want pure communism which IS anarchism, and my critique is about statism. The method only creates new classes of oppressors.
If you are going to have a go, at least argue against our position and not a straw man.

Who extacly here is thin skinned? :P I talked about vanguardism from statists. Statists are like liberalism. History shows that it has only ever created new classes of oppressors. The bureaucratic elites.
