I did not get the position, and this hit me very hard. I am very sad and don't even want to go back to work. Trying to kick the disappointment and the frustration has been very hard this time.

I was sad today, and someone called, saying they needed help rehoming Tim because he is too big for his fish tank. I went and rescued Tim. I'm still sad, but I have a new friend. Welcome home, Tim. We will take care of you here. 💙💚 💫

I haven't heard back yet about my interview. Does that mean I didn't get the position? I called dad and he said “You are offering Deeper leadership, stronger results, and broader impact. If they can't see that, they've lost.”
