For the past week, my Nintendo Switch sat idle while I spent my free time exclusively playing games on my iPad on Apple Arcade. I was expecting to itch to pick up my Switch, but I may have under-estimated Apple’s mobile gaming platform 👀

And I also get a that there are those within the player base that do not understand how to voice their feedback in a way that’s constructive and not disparaging, especially in a personal way.

And if it is linked to the player account, then the devs could also gain valuable insight into how the player interacts with the game. Maybe that’s already possible with the official forums and I’m just not aware of it?

No, I do understand Twitter isn’t the best place to get that feedback. I wonder if there has ever been a discussion around implementing a type of survey system? One that could be linked to a player account. Possibly with 1 entry per topic or during a period.

As a player, though. I am curious. Does anyone look into why some players may feel this way? What is the company’s means of collecting player feedback?

I can understand taking such sentiments personally, but It may be more helpful to understand the why behind the why players feel that way.
