My last act of 2025 was coming out to my sister. I’ve been thinking about it for years and it finally hit me that it was time to tell her. She knew and I guess I always knew that she knew, but I let it be this unspoken thing between us when I didn’t have to. I let fear of the past hold me back

As someone raised Christian, but now self-identifying as agnostic, I’m relearning how to pray. I believe in a god, but one who can’t intervene in our lives. A god who can hear me, but can’t change my circumstances. It’s hard shifting my prayers from asking to simply seeking comfort
