The regularity is whatever works for the individual, as I've heard of people doing it once a week as well. it's really just something you and your doc have to figure out together.

We went by how I felt, mostly. After a month, I would get headaches and irritable and a generally down/depressed mood.

Is there something you do every morning and evening around the same time you're supposed to take them? Like brushing your teeth, or even simply using the toilet?
If you can tie the thought of "time to take these" with something you already always do, it should be easier to remember.

I can't say if it would be easier for you specifically, but i find injections quite easy to forget. mine are once every 3 weeks, but it's more often like 4 lol.
I'm also very afraid of needles, but I'm fortunate enough that my husband is able to do them for me.

I'm not really sure what you're asking, but even if i did wish to actually try this, it's not something he would be comfortable doing.

I prefer it that way, is all. For me, things like this are far hotter in fantasy than they are IRL. We haven't tried this one, but i know myself well enough to know the downsides (ie: jealousy/inferiority) would be overwhelming to me.
