If you want to vote tactically to stop Reform form from gaining another MP then a vote for the Greens is the only way.

Oh, and
4. Despite the demand for proportional representation from Labour members, Starmer won't change
our ridiculous First Past the Post system. So he's in no position to blame anyone for "splitting the vote".

Wankpanza!
Wankpanza watch is the only thing I miss about Twitter. Videos of entitled knobs thinking their tanks can do anything then crashing.
Would always cheer me up after a close pass.

My stepfather wrote for Searchlight for many years. We always had copies of it lying around the house. It informed a lot of my views and I still think I have my S.K.A.N ( school kids against the Nazis ) badge from the ’70s somewhere in the loft.

I used to play a lot of Bridge with friends in London who have sadly all moved away. We also had poker nights too.
Whilst I miss those evenings, my wallet does not.

Don’t get me started on the Huguenot French as they were the wave of immigration that were the ancestors of Nigel Farage.

Personally I think that the UK should have closed its doors after the arrival of the Beaker People. All those Celts, Romans, Anglo Saxons, Vikings and Normans are all invaders.

Protester arrested over β€˜Plasticine Action’ T-shirt: β€˜How ridiculous is this?’ β€” The Guardian Miles Pickering says crowd at protest over Palestine Action ban was laughing at β€˜silliness’ of scene as he was detained

I think I’ll get a t shirt printed with an image of that radical revolutionary, Tony Hart.

Ukraine-Russia latest: Trump promises β€˜big day’ at White House - The Times and The Sunday Times
Having read all of this piece two things struck me. 1, shit I am in agreement with Ian Duncan Smith😱
2, I am reminded of the old soviet era joke, β€œthere is no news in the truth and no truth in the news.”

I worked here from 2003 to 2019 and absolutely loved it.
It is so sad that what are essentially community spaces like this, and the equally worthy London Bike Kitchen are just not financially viable in London anymore.

1. If Trump runs out of immigrants to persecute, I suspect the next target for his performative sadism will be people with disabilities. Already, without a shred of evidence, he has blamed the air crash on disabled air traffic controllers, with horrible, stereotyping slurs about their disabilities.🧡

Personally I’d like to see chess back in the olympics as to me, that’s a sport as well.
It has all the hallmarks, political intrigue, intense rivalry and cheating Russians.
What’s not to like!

Excellent evening at the Churchill Theatre on Wednesday.
Highly educational. I learned that using an obscure bearing size just to be different in their rear hubs was the very least of the Pellisier Brother’s crimes.

On the plus side, eradicating fluoride from America’s water supply might finally see an end to their tiresome jokes about British teeth.
