Thats about right, rogue used both lancer and pugilist if i recall corectly, you needed to have pugilist at lv44 or 46 to be able to use a buff to have higher DPS

Also almost all melee needed lancer to have their TP recovery move

Main job paladin, sub job scholar

Back in Arr/Hw each job had that thing were you took spells from another job, like monk getting lance charge from dragoons or SMN using blizzard II from BLM to have an aoe cast to spam
