Regarding the idea of the officials "rigging" games for the Chiefs, the following things *are* true.

1) More penalties are generally called on road teams. I believe this is true in all sports.

2) Sometimes, superstars get the benefit of the doubt. Again, in all sports.

Neither is Chiefs-specific.

It’s been inspiring to see everyone come together for LA,,, but there’s one community I need to highlight.

Not enough is being done for the black families after the LA fires. Ive partnered up with GoFundMe and the BMAC to create ONE main GoFundMe campaign to immediately help those in need.

I accidentally forgot about Bluesky, but I’m Meta-detoxing so hi! Here are some things I made this weekend.

My kid (who will not be posted publicly going forward) plays on a mites hockey team, and tonight we took him to Military Appreciation Night at the SD Gulls, after which we all got to skate with the players and Gulliver. It was pretty much peak 6 year old happiness. Here’s me also enjoying it.

It’s Apple Harvest Cake season, a little tradition I’ve carried over from my grandmother and mother. Please enjoy this recipe. I add a tsp of cinnamon, and half a tsp each of ground cloves and nutmeg. The freeze beautifully and are perfect with coffee and fighting the patriarchy.

Using "-ai" at the end of whatever your search prompt is, has been a godsend for weeding out shitty AI summaries full of errors (I've caught at least 3 obvious ones thus far).

I'm slowly building the habit of just including it every time I search, highly recommended.
