I don’t want a work stoppage. I want to go watch USL soccer. But I want USL players to be treated with respect and dignity with basic standards. The league has been touting growth and a golden age for too long to not provide adequate pay, facilities, and health care

When clinics started putting out research that 97.5% of trans youth who socially transitioned maintained a stable gender identity for 5 years,the reaction was never going to be, "I guess this isn't a phase." It was always going to be to ban social transition.

Texas AG Ken Paxton has declared that it is illegal for mental health providers and therapists to treat trans youth. It means that trans youth will be denied access to any mental healthcare that isn't conversion therapy. Paxton also threatens parents of trans youth with child abuse investigations.

Update/Scoop— New guidance sent this AM to Kansas DMVs indicates licenses that previously had gender marker changed not actually invalid yet. However, internally DMV can see who is flagged, and keeping track of who has/hasn't come in to update. Seems about 300 trans/GNC ppl flagged across the state.
