So I'm just going to tell you, I designed a beef enchilada casserole. Soft corn tortillas so the casserole would cut with a spatula. The secret so it didn't stick was using crushed tortilla chips on the bottom with a little chicken broth on the bottom so the casserole stayed moist in the oven.
