Bittersweet. I feel like one hand is tied behind my back to be able to help this girl. Cant speak the language, an overwhelmed rescue, in a country desensitized to homeless dogs let alone puppies. I won't be in this country indefinitely or I would take her in.

Cindi,my first rescue in Albania. Looks like she had puppies about two months ago. No puppies anywhere in sight. She spends the night in an open garage. Im going to get her to a Vet & see if I can get her street credentials. Really like Blue Sky, but the limitation on post & vids length isn't great.

Thanks ! Finally got here today. What a long trip got lucky though and had an empty plane on the way from Portland to London. Finally got to the destination of our apartment. I’m really liking the town quite a lot. Haven’t had much time to really survey it though.
