Back in the ‘70’s there were bomb threats to commercial flights. Once I was on a IAH to ATL flight and we were turned around back to IAH. The authorities made us stand by the unloaded luggage while they searched it with bomb sniffing dogs. Then they made is get back on the plane. I was terrified.
