Idk how many journals I’ve filled so far but I’m proud that I’ve been writing each day. Sometimes I can’t always share everything on my mind/heart but putting it in my writing has helped. Always encourage anyone to journal if you need an outlet. It has done wonders for me

I’m figuring this out as I go, but doing some pre work before I start putting the sound foam in place. Cardboard is my best friend right now. May look into a 1in board to stick on the wall and put the foam on that.
