Yes, I've been fighting the good fight for democracy and against disinformation for many years now, but it's an increasingly thankless task. The problem is that I also use FB to communicate with old friends, and I would miss that a lot. :(

I hope you're right. After over 16 years (roughly) on Facebook, after posting a few pithy comments about freedom of speech, my account has been locked. I can't imagine which "community standards" I may have violated, or whether I'll be able to get back in again.

Well, it appears that after posting a few pithy comments about freedom of speech, somebody is accusing me of breaching "community standards" and I've been temporarily - perhaps permanently - booted off Facebook.

So if you're looking for me, now you know.
