I hope there's more resistance from agency heads than I'm seeing reported. Accepting this as the new reality goes nowhere good.

I've been distressed in the past 2 months seeing so many people retreat into the closet, while my impulse is to be louder and even more open. If we fade away willingly, no one will notice our absence something forced on us. Reading this, I think the closeting is dangerous as well as sad.
