This is a one-skeet recipe so here we go:
(Salt every step)
1. Roast 1 head cauliflower (chopped) and 1 head garlic in 425° oven for 35 mins
2. Meanwhile, caramelize 1 onion
3. Add 3 carrots and 3 stalks celery, chopped
4. Add roasted garlic and cauliflower to pot w/ enough broth to cover
5. Blend
