I've got one of those head/neck things that you can either microwave or freeze to help with migraines. I'll try heating it up and wear it

The left side of the back of my neck decided it's done with my shit and is seized up causing pain. Anyone got any trick for fixing that kind of thing? I've tried stretches and an automatic neck massager, but no luck so far.

It took some elbow grease but we got the ligaments removed!

If you take some L-Theanine as a supplement with any coffee (even Vietnamese coffee) it'll help remove the jitters. Great stuff for helping make the day more chill in general even. And it's just an amino acid so your body will appreciate it regardless.

Yeah, like the prior comments said if you.can get a library card there's typically an app you can use too. My library didn't have Libby but does have Hoopla (audiobooks and streaming stuff)
