The latter.

They have mainstreamed audios by recruiting celebrity vocal talent to bring audiences to the platform, so they have a lot of publicity. Whether that attention then filters down to audios from non-celebrity artists at a level that makes it financially beneficial as other platforms, I don't know.

I love my TWSBI Ecos. Pretty idiot proof as far as filling goes, plus they’re clear so you can see the ink sloshing around, which I enjoy. I have two medium nibs for shimmer ink and an extra fine for solid colors, but it can be a little scratchy depending on the paper.

Depending on what country you’re in you should be protected by disability legislation. Talk to HR if necessary about getting accommodation/documentation if required. Then let HR and legal tell your supervisor to suck it.

Here’s the thing… neurotypical people aren’t ever 100% perfect either. Don’t hold yourself to that standard. Parents might be sleep deprived. Older folks might have menopause and/or chronic illnesses. Everyone gets distracted. Maybe shoot for 75% instead.
