Thanks, I’ve been backing off my dose for a couple of months now… still take a small dose but I dunno if it’s the time change, the world, my job or what but it all feels like shit.

Maybe dropping the dose of my SSRI wasn’t a good idea, I dunno… just struggling feeling any optimism about ANYTHING lately.

June requested Dad’s homemade marinara today. Looking at it in the blender always makes me a bit sad, I think it’s so pretty in there.
