Bsky may be less outright toxic than its counterpart (which, low bar) but it is much more casually histrionic, catty and rude. it’s a better problem to have, but it’s still a problem.

gonna be honest, I think the tenor of this thread is out of step with the take it’s critiquing, like, I don’t think a thread that pretty clearly states “I think this is bad, I’m not sure to what extent it will be bad” warrants an acerbic takedown and I think this is a big problem on Bluesky
