You can tell what’s an outgoing payment because immediately after the “incoming” payment will be an outgoing one of the same amount, I just had to do this for my tax docs too 😭

No way to do that unfortunately, because it treats payments through PayPal using your bank/card as money coming into your account too, you have to use the report and filter out outgoing payments
