Help us shape the future of active transportation infrastructure in Raleigh this Wednesday. 4-7 pm at Chavis Park. Roll with us to the event from Flowers Cottage in Dix Park. Rolling at 5:30 pm.

Light Up The Night is TONIGHT! From Crank Arm Brewing at 7:30 pm. Make your self as bright as possible. Decorate your bike with as many lights as possible!

Tomorrow is Bike to Work Day. Come find us in the morning at Boulted Bread or in the evening at Oak City Cycling and get one of these stickers to prove you did it!

@Lime will be at Crank Arm with us this evening, crashing the ride with free Lime scooter rides and helmets. You'll just need to download the
Lime app to use them.

The war on American people has now reached transportation. USDOT is now seeking to freeze funding on all projects that support cycling, walking, transit, rail expansion, and all projects designed to offset climate change, including EV infrastructure. Voice your concern to our elected officials now.

A for Air: Tire air pressure and flat repair review
B for Brakes: Types of brakes, adjustments, and how to eliminate pesky squeaks
C for Chain: Review of chain cleaning and lubrication, derailleur adjustments, and the anatomy of your drivetrain.

Hey y’all, I got really sick. So, I’ve pushed tomorrow’s basic bike maintenance workshop to next Tuesday, the 18th. 6 pm at Raleigh Brewing.

Today we performed 10 walk-up repairs, donated two bikes, gave away 6 helmets, 10 cable locks, 10 u-locks, and 6 light sets for free in 2 hours with 5 volunteers.

RDU's Board is holding a public meeting this Wednesday, where you can sign up to share your comments about the future of the land that is Lake Crabtree Park. The meeting will begin at 4:00 PM, with public comments starting at 5:00 PM at the RDU Center, located at 1000 Trade Drive.

Vision Zero is beginning the public input process for their Safe Streets For All action plan. First session is tomorrow at Barwell Rd Community Center. This location, like most of the locations for these sessions, are unsafe and fairly inaccessible for bike and ped. This should be #1 on the agenda.
