How being trans in America right now is contingent upon my graduation status?

Am I being unprofessional? I don’t know. Does it matter?

I wish I was dead. Academia doesn’t want me. No country wants me and I feel the loneliest. I should have been writing my dissertation but all I am thinking is that no matter what I write it ends up being illegal or not counted as philosophy cause it is “unoriginal” according to my department.

I cannot find any reasons to live that outweighs not to. I’m scared…
