I originally posted the CN version back in June last year.
They even used the same wording as my CN title: "Beyond memories, we still have each other."

Hopefully, they still lurk my lof/blog so they can see my frustration and bring them back...

Sorry, this was supposed to be a reply but it got too long so I decided to make it a separate post instead!

I hope I've managed to convey my frustration well because there are just way too many problems with it.

Reposting this because it encapsulates how I feel right now.
Let's overcome this together, no matter what happens.

I am trying really, reaaaaallllyyy hard not to write a very angry CN post. I feel like I need to let it all out because it's slowly eating me alive, lol.

Personally, rather than her own "lore", it felt like she was subjected to babysit the new char they retconned in just so the latter didn't feel out of place. It was very obvious they weren't supposed to know each other in the original.

I'm going to say one thing first:

All the stuff I draw will still be based on the original (2.x) story and not the ones they retconned in the recent patch.

Sorry, but the way they retconned things was very distasteful and all my fellow acsw friends are justified to have strong feelings against it.

I'm going to take down the spoilers text post and share my thoughts on the story in a bit!

Wish there was more but at least they talked a bit at the end! (I do think they "retconned" a bit too much and gave the banner character too many scenes/moments to replace the "original" ones, but oh well!)
