That "brain's not fully developed until 25" line is horseshit, by the way. It's only pushed by those who want to delay transition for kids until they're past puberty, which is unbelievably cruel to trans kids.

I'm guessing that's a low bar. Also, I'm not a US resident, but all the trans people I've read consider Newsom to have betrayed them. Look up the facts, and be sceptical about his claims to be an ally to those who don't consider him one.
