Did the 4:30am gym thing. Kind of liked it. Only three other people there and I had more time to workout.

Also saw a couple of raccoons on the way there. They’re hilarious. Big fluffs running across the road lol.

Some days work can make me feel incredibly unappreciated and then the next morning I’m being woken up by my oldest to accompany him to the bathroom because he’s scared. That’s the good stuff.

I just read “someone from the late 1900s” and lemme just say that I’m not doing well over it.

Had a staff give his two weeks today. We had a great conversation, there were emotions, compliments and a hug. He mentioned how he always looked at me as some sort of father figure (am I that old?), but it meant a lot. Told him to come talk to me whenever life becomes too much or just to chat.

I got rejected from a job I was really hoping for.

It sucks a lot, but I’m happy they at least let me know what the plans going forward were.

You can’t help but get into it. I would highly recommend taking in at least one game.

I’m definitely hoping to go see some playoff action! If not, I’ll for sure be there next season. I became an instant fan of the team and the sport. I can see why they’d be doing so well with attendance.

Went to my first @hfxthunderbirds.bsky.social game last night.
That was so much fun! It was more wild than a hockey game.

My oldest has discovered the My Singing Monsters game through YouTube videos, and I’ll admit I was curious about it so I downloaded it.
Now I have something else to look forward to sharing with him. I love hyping him up saying “we have a new monster to hatch!”

Bentley seeing a mass amount of resumes flooding their inbox today.

Hearing the Schitt’s Creek theme reminds me of early pandemic when Renee and I binged it. She was pregnant with Liam at the time and we were both fortunate enough to work then. There’s something fondly nostalgic about that theme.

I always figured eating a cheese string was just eating stuffed crust in its naked form. I trust your judgment more than most.
