Again, a complete lack of transparency from the Bowser administration about MPD’s collaboration w/ICE, whose actions are upending families, and making us all less safe, violating DC law under the executive’s direction.

This is quite a contrast to Mayor Bowser’s capitulation to Trump, from erasing Black Lives Matter Plaza to ordering indefinite collaboration between MPD and federal agents who are trampling on our rights.

OUTRAGEOUS: A week after a federal judge ruled that the national guard troops’ deployment in DC is unlawful, Mayor Bowser is having MPD start to patrol with them. Bowser continues to help Trump run roughshod over the law and our rights. Soldiers should not police our streets.
