「臓器と少女」というギャップのある組み合わせ自体が既に魅力的だけど、それに加えて「この体の中で実際に臓器が動いていて、この子はそれで生きているんだ」とリアルに伝わってくる点がとても生々しくて、ある種のエロさを感じさせるところも素晴らしいと思います(早口)
