I think they tried to push 'Palooza on the same level as the big-4, especially given it was their first show under the new ESPN deal.

Instead it felt like how they tried to rebrand Backlash as "Wrestlemania Backlash". Not to mention $30/month when it used to be $9.99 is a tough sell for their PLEs.

I was thoroughly s̶p̶o̶r̶t̶s̶-entertained throughout the whole PPV. I'll gladly take these type of lengthy events as long as the pacing is solid, which AEW has gotten a grip on for these past few ones.
