Here’s my view:

I obviously disagree with some of Elez’s posts, but I don’t think stupid social media activity should ruin a young kid’s ability to fire career civil servants and take control of the nation’s finances.

From what I hear from multiple people in the space, the latest NIH indirect costs for medical research grants will basically mean the end most academic medical centers.

How about donations to churches, think tanks, etc?

NEW: The N.I.H. will cut about $4 Billion from federal research grants that support cancer, virus and heart disease research.
