it’s so so bad. every time I start to fall asleep it feels like I’m choking/drowning and it jolts me awake, and my brain is full of these painful half-conscious dreams 🙃 and then it happens 1000 more times throughout the night

so sick that being awake and being sleep do not have different meanings anymore because I wake up every 10 minutes painfully conscious. I’ve just been wandering the house waiting for the time to pass until I don’t feel so awful
