Given half of car drivers regularly use their phone at the wheel? No. Brussels car drivers are the worst in Europe and need attention first: aggressive driving, not letting ambulances pass, blocking junctions, distracted driving, ignoring traffic lights. E scooters do like 1/100000 of the damage.
