obviously there are exceptions like inkbunny. but you can observe that a space that allows it becomes associated ONLY with it. inkbunny becomes the cub porn site, thus anathema to anyone who disdains cub and so much as having an account on there becomes potential callout post fodder

with lolicon specifically theres the additional issue on the left that to some extent there seems to be a perception of loli support being a right-wing position. and im not gonna pretend there arent a noticeable amount of asshole right-wing lolicons

but that doesnt in my view make the pro-loli position in and of itself right wing. right wing claims to be anti-censorship are disingenuous anyway
