The colors add a lot to your art, so I respectfully disagree. Limited palettes are fun though! In my experience the trick with them is to pick one that sucks absolute ass. It forces you to pick colors you wouldn't even pick drunk, but it gets the creativity going!

Really love the colors here, and the way you've stylized the environment is very cute.

Test character for a thing. I've never been able to crack the code on crunchy pixelated textures, they never look quite like I want them to. Even with the amazing Pixel8r tool that basically does all the work for me. PSX devs make it look so easy!

I've been making games professionally and as a hobby for more than a decade now. It's easier than ever, but still an absurdly hard and mentally exhausting thing to do haha.
