An interesting thing about being on anxiety meds is that meditation works now. Turns out it's pretty great!

Before, clearing my mind just meant making more space for anxiety thoughts to fill up. No I can't clear those thoughts; if I could I wouldn't have anxiety.

I get it. I've been wanting to use a strap on someone but haven't managed to arrange it.
