For real, really proud of what I was able to do at City. this was just the right time for me to move. Lot of coverage needed in the Valley as we’ve seen an attrition in news orgs. it just makes perfect sense to have a bureau in Abby, a commerce hub for the Valley that’s just growing and changing.

You’ll still find me on the Skytrain though. And fr is someone smoking a brisket on this damn train car right now? Sure smells like it

With McBarge in the news again I am finding all of the places that are violating my All Rights Reserved image and who have also purposely cropped out the watermark. The extent, from blogs to news organizations, is disheartening. Even @atlasobscura.com is using it (cropped) & crediting someone else.

related, I spoke to the Minister of Critical Minerals and Trade last week. US isn’t BC’s biggest trade partner for critmin, but certainly we trade aluminum and steel. Minister didn’t commit to expanding critminerals trade to the US, just that trading partners need to diversify.
