I do agree with you about that.
Like you said, he did also have very good players to work with when he was with Montreal and Columbus.
I think he is the most unique and talented coach in the history of the league.
What he did in Montreal and Columbus is unmatched in my opinion.
As a Montreal who watched every game, I can tell you with confidence that Nancy did miracles in Montreal. He made every players in the team better, and made everyone believe in his system.
