I haven't really expressed it very well. It's just a pattern you'll hear interspersed in his melodies where he likes to sing 'Do Re Mi' up and down a bit, or the minor equivalent. Morrissey likes to do it too but just going up. Brian Wilson liked ending on a 'Mi Re Do' (have to wait so *lo-o-ng*) …🧵

Interesting track this because it was on my UK version of Skylarking in place of Dear God, and wasn't on the US version at all, as far as I know. I assume modern releases include both? (Especially on CD...)

I get a Fleetwood Mac vibe off some of the stuff, especially the opener Roscoe. But the follow-up is quite different, more of a prog-folk feel to it.
