I started baking sourdough for 3 reasons:
1. To fight against bread stigma. Bread is not the villain!
2. Improve gut health. Sourdough = fermented, which = gut healthy
3. To add another nutritious food item. I'm a bariatric patient, and I need food that's good tasting and good for you.
