Since then no communication, no flexibility, not a care to inclusive practice. I'm considering it a bullet dodged - briefs and interview setup give a lot away about what a working relationship will be like.

Our team were invited to interview first thing Monday morning thru an email at 4pm on Friday which was impossible at the shortest notice they could possibly have given.
