She eyed him and smiled, “changed? I dunno, you’re still the same goofy guy who raised teenage me far as I can tell.”

“Currently we’re operating out of a brownstone and the academy is at a boarding school upstate but, Fury had an account to rebuild if we ever had to dismantle.”

She furiously began scribbling names.

“Currently on the roster is myself, Buck, Litzi, and Yelena moonlights and so does Walker.”

“… we should probably look that up.”

She paused a little frowning.

“I would never let it get that bad again; shield is now for the people by the people.. I’d rather have you, buck, Sam, and Joaquin back at shield than any other member we’ve had before.”

“I think I would cry if Steph decided she wanted to keep up the family legacy and not from relief. Ryder can handle himself he’s already at shield academy; but little Steph… she’s soft in the best way. I wanna see her do something incredible.”

She laughed as she plopped.
