I personally don't like this in OOP, but it is what it is. In Python, I created ABC wrapper classes for annotating `SubclassedInstanceOf[SomeClass]` or `SubclassedClassOf[SomeClass]` just so I had a little more clarity on what type an arg needed.

Fave: Haskell. Tried/use: Elm, Gleam, Rust (technically) for functional; Add Python, Java, JS, Amber if including non-functional. Eyes on Gren and Roc. Took a look at a lot more.

Every time I go try a different language, I come back to Haskell and say "oh, that's why this is the way that it is".
