If you have an ipad, id recommend procreate. It’s what i use and it’s reliable. If not, then id also recommend autodesk sketchbook. It’s mostly free aside from a few features locked behind a premium of like. 2 bucks

If you're new at making comics, the only way you can learn is by making comics. Don't wait until you're "good enough" at art. And you don't HAVE to start with your big magnum opus idea.
