The first Law Dork oral argument report of the new Supreme Court term is a doozy: Chiles v. Salazar, over Colorado’s conversion therapy ban.

There’s always an excuse or an out for this partisan bunch. They’re legal contortionists when it comes to upholding far right policies. States should find a way to get around the eventual outcome and deem that free speech is not medical treatment so it can’t be part of licensing or reimbursement.

This has nothing to do with crime. This is an attempt to crush political dissent.

Never before, in our entire 250 year history, has the military or immigration agents been used like this. It's dystopian, illegal, and it should stop.
