A lot of this doesn't make sense? Like the movie wouldn't be interested if Superman didn't come up against strong or difficult situations. And he is still aspiring to be an ideal.
And also the proofreading here is bad. A surprising amount of errors.
Do you have a source for that? Because that seems unlikely.
All Bungie staff is reduced. But Bungie is also churning out 2 expansions and 2 smaller seasons a year vs the 1 and 4 seasons we had before
In effect it doesn't matter.
But it's also just insanely dumb and easy to notice. Just completely missing one of the core points of Armor 3.0 is a mess
Give fire team.ops and pinnacle.ops one more drop per run and that smooths it out a lot.

This is only going to get worse with armor sets and armor loot being interesting.
Also standard fragment descriptions are nearly useless without details.
Ah gotcha. I dunno. I just don't feel optimistic about long term health of the game.
But I also use my hobbies to kinda buoy my state of mind and keep things to look forward to.
I feel that. Like Destiny will continue for some time but some of the recent issues feel like a terminal diagnosis almost? The issues are getting larger and it's driving away players which lowers revenue which continues the cycle.
It's a hard feeling to wrangle.

Summary
- Everything here is about outgoing damage.
- Normal raids and dungeons: 78% as strong
- The Desert Perpetual: 71% as strong
- In this year's contest raid: 62.8% as last contest raid
The problem is that at 100 it's about the same as pre-EoF. It should feel better.

Tier 3 intellect was the baseline Intellect and has been for most of D2's life until last Tuesday.
I assume some dev who was working on this also didn't know what they were dealing with either.
"It does not change the base cooldown of your super"
But Bungie did change what the base cooldown was. That is the problem. The new stat benefits aren't relevant. What Bungie defined as the base is what I am talking about.
They should not though. Baseline super cool down was not at 0. Designing it as such is misunderstanding how supers have worked for years.
And if that's the goal then it should be stated explicitly that all base cool downs of supers have been increased by 31%.

They used the wrong baseline. Super stat base cooldowns were based on 30 intellect. They used the ones from 0 intellect which are 31% longer.
I'm guessing/hoping this wasn't intentional.
We've been investigating reports that ability regen was not recharging at the rates communicated in a previous TWID following the 9.0.0.1 update. Many thanks to our community sleuths who discovered this issue and brought it to our attention.

Super cooldowns are using old 0 intellect cooldowns instead of the baseline which was set at Tier 3 or 30-39 Intellect. Can you fix this while you are at it?

Can you all comment about why grenade and melee cool downs at high stat values are slower than previews and not matching what was described in patch notes?

Something changes since the previews. Hope it's a bug.
