At some point we’re going to need to figure out why millions of Americans readily believe every objectively untrue word that comes out of Donald Trump’s mouth. Saying that they’re brainwashed or in a cult isn’t the answer.

important stats: violent crime rate in DC has dropped dramatically in last few years. And DC violent crime rate is lower than the following cities: Indianapolis, Wichita, Baton Rouge, St. Louis, Cleveland, Tulsa, Memphis, Nashville, and Houston. GOP/Trump aren't talking anything about red states.

What Trump and the GOP is doing is clearly trying to reestablish the Confederacy: bringing back monuments to those who committed treason, pardon folks who committed treason on 1/6, putting in place districts which harken back to Jim Crow, attacking our diverse multi-cultural democracy at every turn.
