I just wanted to share my pure, happy-crying unadulterated JOY at having running water.

For those not in the know, I have been 3 weeks with no running water.

Suddenly, just now, I have water. I'm trying to be kind to the supply, I don't know how long it will last, but I am doing dishes and very much looking forward to a REAL shower.

The water went out the day after my surgery.

I made a fancy duck for a fancy duck, some time back. Did this for @trellianduck.bsky.social as a little birthday surprise last year.
