I'm paying my way out of pocket + scholarships through my graduate program to go into research for non pharmaceutical treatments for mental and behavioral health disorders. It's my passion, I work odd jobs and it's so hard to exist. I just want to do good for the community and the people.

Take the time to take care of yourself. Get the sleep you need, schedule time every day to decompress, even if it's only 10-15 minutes. If you can, intersperse things you enjoy with things you have to do. You'll be way more productive! Get up and stretch or take a short 5 min walk every hour.
