BIAS acknowledges the recent announcement from Brentford
FC that philanthropist and businessman Gary Lubner and filmmaker Sir Matthew Vaughn have joined as minority shareholders through Best Intentions Analytics, with Matthew Benham remaining the majority owner.
The BIAS executive committee is encouraged that the new shareholders have acknowledged what makes Brentford special in the official statement, citing the club's unique culture, family feel, and community engagement-all of which underpin the club's ability to continually punch above its weight.

As an independent supporters' group, BIAS will continue to robustly represent fans' interests to the club, and fully expects the club to constructively and proactively engage on key issues impacting fans through the Fan Advisory Board (FAB), joint working groups, and ongoing communications.
We believe that the cited "off-the-pitch" growth intention must not come at the expense of fans, and BIAS will continue to lobby on matters such as ticket pricing and processes, club retail offering and food and drink, all of which are key issues mandated to us by our members.
We look forward to observing any impact of this new investment on the club's approach on the issues that matter to
BIAS members, and reacting as necessary on behalf of Brentford fans everywhere.

For anyone who has qualified to be offered a ST for 25/26, BFC has said they will check to ensure your old membership does not autorenew. We would advise you check your account to ensure you do not get charged for both membership and a ST. Renewals are due to open on 13th June.
