When I moved into my career, I became comfortable with Lucinda which was on my resumé. And it’s more grown up. But blood family and HS and uni friends still call me Cindy. My husband could never use that name because his family had a cocker spaniel for 16 years named Cindy. “That’s a dog name.”😂
