Yeah, I still can't figure out why the price is so high - especially since they're backed by Native Instruments. I get that it's boutique... but 10k?

You're hitting a sore spot there. I practically lost thousands of photos when both my storage system and backup failed within a few days. Maybe some can be recovered through data forensics, but to see my photographic evolution, I only have a few hundred photos that ended up in my cloud.

Gonna be playing a short live set this Sunday at the rather fine Minories in Colchester as part of the EMOM event there. Not sure there is much of an #electronicmusicopenmic community on @bsky.app yet?

While I had a fever, I had the idea to sample hits on an aluminum water bottle, split the sound into tonal and noise spectra, and run them in polyrhythmic patterns against each other - reuniting them in the original sound every 7th cycle. Instead, I played guitar for two hours and went back to bed.
